TERMS OF USE
Payment
Tickets purchased for shipping or deposit may be payed for by customer card, credit card, advance or money order. When purchasing tickets online or via different oeticket partners, there are additional payment methods available . Tickets only become valid after the payment has been completed.
Delivery, Utilization (or Usage)
Within Austria, numbered seat tickets are sent by non-registered mail. Standing room tickets and open seating tickets are sent by registered mail. Tickets are mailed at customer's risk. Oeticket cannot be held responsible for correspondences that have been mailed in due form. Oeticket does not provide compensation for tickets that have not been delivered. We advise you to be especially cautious when ordering mobile Tickets in order to prevent data loss. If you lose a mobile ticket (erasure of mobile ticket or loss of mobile phone), please contact your mobile phone provider. If you lose another type of ticket, it is not possible to claim damages. Tickets must not be misused, copied or changed. Mobile tickets (tickets on mobile phones or PDAs) and print@home tickets must not be copied or forwarded. When entering the venue, the principle of first entrance applies. (The first print@home ticket or mobile ticket to be accepted by means of its non-ambiguous identification is the one that is valid. Later tickets are automatically devaluated.) When using the ticket, the user accepts the general terms and conditions of the venue.
Cancellation of event, changes, refunds
oeticket is only the ticket agent. We are not liable for entrance fee refunds, but we try to arrange them with the organizer of the event. In case of a refund, the ticket fee is refunded as stated on the invoice. Unless the terms of business of the respective organizer or venue follow a different policy, tickets may be returned for refund up until two months after the scheduled event date. Return the tickets the way you received them – either at the ticket agency where they have been purchased, or in the case of a phone, fax or online order by means of sending the original tickets by registered mail to Ticket Express, Heumühlgasse 11, A 1040 Vienna. Please specify your name, bank account number, bank institution and bank code for refund via bank transfer. The earliest date to return tickets at ticket agencies is two Mondays after the date the cancellation of the event has been announced. Mobile and print@home ticket users will receive the respective amount of money – as long as it has already been payed – without further request in the same way they purchased the mobile ticket. The mobile ticket is automatically devaluated. Cast and program are subject to change as long as they are reasonable, minor and objectively justified. In the case of cancellation, change or postponement of an event, oeticket reserves the right to inform the customers who have purchased tickets for this event. This information is a voluntary service of oeticket and may be received by mail and/or electronically by e-mail or text message if oeticket has the respective contact data.
